1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rauniyars.com and the Rauniyars application ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and managed by Sauravi Trade International. The legally binding terms and conditions for both site usage and membership are outlined in this document.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, "the Services"), you ("the User," "Member," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") and our Privacy Policy. Before registering as a member or using any services, it is strongly advised that you read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must stop using the Platform and its Services immediately.

This electronic agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2080 BS (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules of Nepal.

2. Definitions

Member/User: Any person who accesses the Platform for any purpose. A Member includes the person using this Platform and any legal entity which may be represented by such person.

Platform/Site: Includes the website ‘www.rauniyars.com’ and the android application ‘RAUNIYARS’.

Service: All services provided by Sauravi Trade International through its Platform.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of Nepal.
• You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Nepali law.
• You confirm you are seeking a life partner for a lawful matrimonial alliance with bonafide intention. The Platform is not for casual dating, hook-ups, or commercial purposes.
• By registering, you expressly confirm that no law, court order, or competent authority restrains you from entering into matrimony.
• Membership is void where prohibited.

4. Nature of Service & Critical Disclaimer

• Rauniyars.com is solely an online classifieds platform and preliminary medium of contact for persons seeking matrimonial alliances. We are not a marriage bureau, matchmaking agency, dating service, or relationship counselor.
• We do not perform background checks, verify claims, or authenticate the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any profile, photograph, or communication. It is the sole responsibility of the user/member to conduct their own thorough verification (including but not limited to identity, character, financial status, and family background) before proceeding with any alliance.
• We are not involved in any interactions, transactions, or communications between members. All contact, meetings, and agreements are solely between members.
• We are not responsible and shall not be held liable for any bad conduct, misrepresentation, fraud, or illegal acts committed by any user (bride, groom, or their representatives) at any time, including after marriage. We owe no legal, financial, or moral obligations arising from your use of the Service or any relationship established through it.
• The provision of matching profiles or shortlists is automated and does not constitute a matrimonial offer, recommendation, or guarantee of compatibility from the Platform.

5. Member Obligations and Account Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your profile updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Membership is for individual, non-transferable use. Posting multiple profiles is prohibited.
• You agree not to use any automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access or data-mine the Platform.
• You confirm you have no objection to receiving communications from the Platform or its members, superseding any DND registration.

6. Content Regulation

You are solely responsible for all content you post. We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or delete any content at our sole discretion, including content that is:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful.
• Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Commercial in nature (solicitations, spam, business offers).
• Intended to exploit minors.

We may ask for documentary evidence to support your profile information and terminate accounts that fail to provide satisfactory proof.

7. Profile Verification

Submission of a valid ID proof for a "Verified" badge is optional. Your personal ID details will not be shared publicly. This verification is a limited check for profile authenticity only and does NOT constitute an endorsement, character certificate, or guarantee of the member's conduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rauniyars.com, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your membership at any time by writing to us. No refund will be provided for any unutilized subscription.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately, without notice or refund, for any breach of these T&C, to protect other members or our interests.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&C or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Birgunj, Nepal.

12. Amendments

Sauravi Trade International reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rauniyars.com regarding the use of the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
